Weighted Vest Training 
Why am I doing this? Because I love a challenge (and I have some climbing goals). I’ll break down my experience so far—what vest I got, what I love (and don’t love), and why it’s NOT a substitute for real strength training. Yes, it boosts cardio, helps with climbing, and strengthens your legs for descents, but there are some key things to consider before jumping in.

Moab Training Update  
Slow and steady! I’m playing the long game—balancing mileage, strength work, and self-assessment to make sure I don’t burn out before Moab. Training Peaks is my secret weapon!
